Shogun Japanese 180mm Ryoba Double Edged Saw - (Ref: M-180R)

• Possibly the most versatile of all the Japanese saws, the Shogun Ryoba, double edged saw, is a true all round work horse for carpentry and Joinery.
• The blade is a little thicker than most in the range allowing a very aggressive feed rate when you want to cut fast, but still retaining the legendary accuracy of Japanese tools.
• The high quality blade is nickel plated to resist corrosion and resin build up. It is equally at home in softwoods, hardwoods, green or oily timbers.
• The Ryoba saw has two cutting edges, with differing tooth patterns. The finer 16tpi toothing for crosscutting and 10tpi for rip cutting. 
• The 180mm blade fixes to an economic and durable plastic handle.
• Japanese saws are made from very high quality steel with hard and long lasting teeth. With a little care the saw will last for many years of daily use. They should not be considered disposable like the Western equivalents.

Shogun Japanese Precision Dozuki Craft Pull Saw 190mm - (Ref: M-190D)

• One of the most popular of the Japanese saws, is this Dozuki style precision saw. It has a back spine which supports the blade during the pull cut allowing an incredibly thin plate to be used, only 0.3mm.
• The thin plate means less material is removed and so the resulting cut requires very little effort whilst giving very high accuracy and a smooth finish.
• Applications include dovetailing, tenoning, cross-cutting, box making and general cabinet making. 
• This medium sized Dozuki saw can cut to a depth up to 40mm. The blade fixes to a comfortable plastic handle.

Shogun 180mm Flush Cut Pull Saw - (Ref: J-180)

• Flush cut pull saw with a very thin blade designed to accurately cut dovetails, tenon shoulders, trim dowel and any other small precision cuts. 
• As the teeth have very little set, the cut surface is very smooth and scratching the surface of the wood is minimised.
• Electrical-pulse hardened teeth to maintain sharpness up to 3 times longer than conventional saws.
