Key Features
- Professional carbide tipped adjustable countersink, countersinking angle 90° or 180°, two-part version. Can be clipped universally on all drill bits Ø 3-8 mm, incl. allen key. Ø 8 mm must be pushed into the countersink from behind with the flute in front
- Drilling and countersinking in one single operation by direct clipping on drill bits (also intermediate sizes e.g. 5.5 mm). Suitable for all sorts of wood, laminated panels and many plastics like acrylic glass, Corian, GFRP, HPL coating, polycarbonate, PVC and Trespa board
- Countersinking of screw heads and drilling at the same time. Once the VARIO is fitted, you get the following dimensions (Ø drill bit/countersink size); 3/12 4/12,5 5/13,5 6/14,5 7/16 8/17,5 mm
- UPM: 3000 - 5000 rpm. e.g. Drill - 4 mm 4000 rpm in European hard wood, also possible with less speed in cordless screwdrivers
