Dear Sir or Madam, I just wanted to drop you a line to express my thanks for your customer service.I placed an order on Friday for a Robert Sorbey sharpening system to be delivered to Halifax on Saturday. I had previously spoken to a very pleasant lady on the phone who assured me I could have next day delivery via Parcel Force, which I added as a note to my online order, she was very helpful and gave me confidence that you would fulfil my request. I received a text message on Friday saying my order had been dispatched, another on Saturday saying my order was out for delivery then another one with a 1 hour time slot, excellent! The package arrived exactly in the middle of the alloted time. The items I had ordered were all present, very well packaged and in pristine condition. I just wanted to say that in this world of offshore call centres, missed delivery slots, damaged and non working goods that we've almost become use to, It was a real pleasure to receive such exceptionally good customer service from beginning to end. I had a DF-250 Tormek diamond wheel given to me for Christmas, bought from Westcountry Woodworking Machinery. Sadly after only two bouts of sharpening my planer blades the wheel seemed to de-laminate and the diamond lamination became damaged. I tried to contact Tormek support but received no response. As a last resort on a Friday afternoon I wrote to info at machinery4wood.co.uk to see if Westcountry Woodworking Machinery could point me in the right direction to make a warranty claim. I received a reply on the following day, a Saturday, saying that they would follow it up on the Monday. On the Monday I got a call saying that they had agreed with Tormek to replace the wheel. Simply wonderful, hassel free, timely support. A model that many more companies should look to provide.

I ordered this on the 4th of January 2022 and received it on the 7th of January. This travelled with Royal mail from their premises to the Highlands of Scotland. It wasn't supposed to arrive until the 10th of January. Needless to say I am delighted with the very prompt service I received from this company. Just tried it out today and what a difference to the other makes of wood burning equipment on the market from the East. I could have saved a few quid by going directly to this company

This is not a Query, Having recently 'discovered' your company on the internet. And making a purchase of a lathe chuck, since then contacting you via the phone, where I had a query regarding some lathe chisles I was interested in purchasing with Simon returning my call who advice was helpful in making a descision on which chisel would be appropiate for me I made the purchase on 1st April. I was suprised to discover that it would be delivered on 3rd April as its a bank holiday weekend. I would like compliment Simon for his patience and advice, also the other people I spoke whose names I did not ask as they where all plesent and helpful over the phone. I would add that it was a pleasure doing buisness with you I will certainly return to this company to make further purchases as the need arrises. Dear Customer Service - I have received the above order on time, many thanks to all you of you. This is specially helpful as I manage a Men's Shed and the chuck is for a new member who's wife died in the summer and is finding life difficult. He will be on his own this Christmas that is very difficult for him. The Men's Shed have provided him with a lathe for home use that did not have a chuck.
