• Traditional cylinder boring bit with centre point, two main cutting edges and two taper taps.
• Tear free accurate holes in soft wood, can also be used for European hard wood and veneered boards.
• Especially easy to resharpen due to the straight taper taps.
• Stationary deep-hole drilling is possible with our extension shank product line 1639.
• Cylinder boring bits are only suitable for stationary operation. 
• Alloyed tool steel. 700 - 3000 rpm. e.g. Ø 15 mm 2300 rpm in soft wood.
