Up-cut spiral tools will give a fine finish and have long shanks.
Refs. 50/33 and 55/08 are also suitable for non-ferous metals and are designed to plunge and machine or mill lateral slots.
All aluminium tooling should be used with a coolant, wax stick or lubricant.
Material should be securely clamped.
