Titebond Original has been the industry standard in woodworking for over 60 years. It is designed specifically for interior woodworking and repair projects, such as cabinets, trim and molding, window casings, furniture, picture frames, stairs, and veneering. It provides professional results every time.

Titebond Original is the glue we recommend for use when biscuit jointing - It provides a strong initial tack and the setting time helps minimise clamping time.
This aliphatic resin is becoming increasingly popular with joiners, carpenters and cabinetmakers alike. Excess glue can be easily cleaned off with just a damp rag and offers excellent sandability and is unaffected by finishes. Please shake bottle well before use.
Titebond Original has been independently tested for lead, cadmium and other metals under ASTM F963 and 16 CFR 1303 (total lead content). These are the testing methods specified for toy safety under the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. It has also reviewed by an independent toxicologist and conforms to ASTM D4236 for art and craft materials.

Main areas of use
- METHOD OF APPLICATION: Plastic bottles for fine applications; glue may also be spread with a roller spreader or brush.
- CLEANUP: Damp cloth while glue is wet. Scrape off and sand dried excess.

- OPEN ASSEMBLY TIME: 4-6 minutes (21°C./50%RH)
- TOTAL ASSEMBLY TIME: 10-15 minutes (21°C./50%RH)
- MINIMUM REQUIRED SPREAD : Approximately 23 sq metres per gallon at 0.16mm thick
- REQUIRED CLAMPING PRESSURE: Enough to bring joints tightly together (generally, 100-150 psi for softwoods, 125-175 psi for medium woods and 175-250 psi for hardwoods)
- SETTING TIME - 30 mins (initial) / 24 hours (full cure)
